Welcome to the Sunset Bay Walleye Shootout

The Sunset Bay Walleye Shootout is the premiere walleye event on Lake Erie. Each year anglers from all over the United States and Canada converge on Sunset Bay, NY to find a walleye worthy of the top prize. From the beginning, our mission has been to organize the highest quality, professional walleye tournament on the Great Lakes; with the primary focus to proudly educate and promote the world class walleye fishery and natural resources the Western New York region and the Eastern Basin of Lake Erie has to offer - to the entire country and beyond.
