The 2025 Captains Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, July 17th, 2025
The Captains meeting will be held at the Sunset Bay Beach Club on Thursday, July 17th, 2025. It is a mandatory meeting that at least one member from each team is signed with tournament registration by 7:00 PM sharp. It is encouraged that all team member attend, even more so with the new Motor Madness giveaway set up to each individual angler.
As we are thankful for the continued growth of the tournament, we recognized the size and scope of the facilities and effectiveness to hear the important deals that we share with the fleet. New for the 2025 tournament we will be launching the Captains Meeting & Meet The Fleet as the new title of the day; this will include the addition of our 40 x 120 Outdoor Exhibition Tent directly on the beach on the west side of the Beach Club.
Upon a team’s arrival and registration at the beach club, one member of each team (only 1 member) will report to the exhibition tent on the beach for a professional Captains only meeting. We are excited to have the addition of our new exhibition tent, new sound system and new format available to provide each captain with a clear and quiet environment. This will deliver a more efficient-quicker meeting and also allow for any questions/answers required.
While the Captains meeting is underway, the team can relax and enjoy the camaraderie of the other teams/anglers, the open bar and food, sign up for the teams Calcutta’s and get in on the 50-50s.
More Importantly for the individual anglers – for the 2025 Motor Madness Giveaway, each angler of each team is eligible to be entered into this portion of the amazing prize pack giveaway. There will be a table present for each angler to get their individual chip entered in the drum for their chance at one of the nine (9) motor packages being given away. Anglers can only get there chip here at the Captains meeting. Anglers must be present at time of drawing on Saturday (pre weigh in) to win.
Once the captains meeting is concluded, they will rejoin the teams. At this point we return to the main beach club to draw the prizes of the evening
