The 2026 Captains Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, July 16th, 2026
All Captains must be registered by 7:00pm
The entire team is welcome and encouraged to attend and enjoy the meet the fleet party.
We are very excited to continue the tradition of the FeedMore WNY Prize Pack Drawing. This will be held at the Captains meeting. We have expanded the drawing to now include ten (10) high value - prize packs. One will include a complimentary entry into the 2027 tournament.
To qualify, simply donate any amount of non-perishable can good or products or by purchasing raffle tickets at the door. Thank you for support those less (non-expired) fortunate and help in the fight against hunger.
New for 2026, each team captain will report upstairs of the beach club to the event center. Access to this gorgeous venue provides unmatched professionalism and protection regardless of the weather. Upon completion of the meeting, the captains will meet their team’s downstairs in the beach club for the “Meet the Fleet Party”. Drawings and Prize Raffles will take place there. Come & Register Early!
